I've just set up a new cool wall at work. It's a complete copy of the famous "Top Gear" cool wall. Back when I worked for Les Mills Asia Pacific this provided a great outlet for geeky debate - it also facilitated cross-branch interaction.
More often than not, many work topics find their way onto the cool wall - such as good (or bad) software products, languages and IT companies.
Here are some guidelines:

1 nomination per person, per day

1 reclassification per item per day

2 or more people must vote on an item for cool wall inclusion
