16Just been playing around with digital stitching software. This one was done using the built-in CS3-E File->Automate->Filemerge tool.

18It essentially does the following:
19- loads the raw files in, creating a layer per photo
20- aligns the images based on the content of the image
21- adjusts the tones/colours so you don't notice the stitch lines

23The only thing left to do is crop and export, note that flickr and lightroom have a maximum photo dimension of 10000x10000 pixels - some of the panoramas I was stitching exceeded this limit.
